I was able to attend the FCW Camp Meeting in Clayton NC. Dr. Ennis, pastor of Fellowship Baptist Church, was very kind. The church fed and took care of all of the missionaries. The preaching was equally as good. Dr. Joe Arthur and Evangelist Jack Tripp both preached on trusting God. We should not move until God moves you. God has a place or area for a reason. Even though times get tough do not run. When it seems like God is throw keep on doing the work.
Victory Baptist Church in Panama City invited me to come to their missions’ conference. Bro. Easter was the main speaker. Pastor Perrine and the church were exciting to be around. Their love for God and service for the Lord shown thigh them. Last Sunday I was able to be at New Life Baptist Church is Dalton GA. The meeting went very well and the people were a great help to me. When I arrived to the church I locked my keys in the car. Unfortunately my DVD presentation, projector, and DVD player were all in the car. We spent about 45 min trying to get into the car. I found out that my car is very hard to break into and that New Life Baptist church does not have thieves. We finally got into the car about 10 min before church started. We got the presentation in the nick of time. The Lord always comes through even though we do not always do the smart thing.

The Past Week!

This past week has been a very unique. I was able to be at Victory Independent Baptist Church of Columbus GA. Pastor Preston Parker is doing a great work for God there. It was a privilege to be with friends of like mind. Victory has a burden the ministry and lost souls of Brazil. Very few churches even show an interest in missions, but Victory does.

God also blessed because He healed me. This past week I was sick with bronchitis. The two churches that were scheduled for Sunday had to be rescheduled. Praise the Lord for understanding pastors. They were very gracious to mo. Indeed the Lord is good and glory to His name!

A week in Alabama

The past week has been a good week. The Lord allowed me to be in two great churches. Last Wednesday I was at Grace Baptist of Ozark, Alabama. The church has a good heart for missions. Grace is a church that is on fire for God. I was also at Hendrix Road Baptist Church of Florence, Alabama for both services on Sunday. Pastor Andy Wallace preached the service. He did a wonderful job preaching on hope.

I have been reading and studying in the book of Romans. Romans gives us the doctrine of the Gospel. Dr. John Phillips wrote the book, Exploring Romans. He states that the hypocrite looks over his own sins and is critical of others with their sins. He is measuring himself to the wrong standard. It is easy to compare yourself to people, but when we compare ourselves to the Bible we fall short.

Now at 8.5% of my needed support!

Indeed, this has been a good week! I am now officially at 8.5% of the needed support. Grace Baptist Church of Columbus GA just took me on for support.  It is a blessing to have a new church partner in  God’s work in Brazil. Please continue to pray that God will continue to allow me to book meetings. June is almost booked with only have two openings.  May, on the other hand, is wide open.
