I am very excited to see the Lord work everything out. My display board came in yesterday. The Lord allowed me to obtain one at a good price, and it looks wonderful. My prayer cards should be in this week as well. I should be able to begin calling pastors to schedule meetings soon. I have scheduled a survey trip to Brazil for November 2-12, 2009. The Nichols family have been working there for many years; I am very excited to visit with them and work with them in the future. They have a great work in Brazil and the Lord is blessing greatly.A couple of weeks ago the children of my church did a play called "Malice in the Palace; the Story of Esther" It was a great success, and the children did a wonderful job. After months of practices it all went well; even though I was the director. The Lord was glorified. The children learned that God is always working behind the scenes, and God will always provide.
Last Sunday morning while I was riding a bus picking up children for church, I heard that one of my bus riders, Zachion Brown who was ten year old hung himself the day before. He came to church three or four times and I was able to share the gospel with him, but he never accepted the Lord as far as I know. The funeral is schedule for Saturday at 11:00. Please pray that the family will come to know the Saviour through this terrible tragedy. The family are unbelievers. Please pray that the Lord will give us the opportunity to share the gospel with them. Please remember the family of Zackion in your prayers.
